How long does it take to get my designs?
Once we receive your questionnaire, photos of your room, payment and dimensions you will receive your roomLift box within 2-3 weeks. 

How do I know what size rug to buy?
The recommended rug size for your space will be noted on the roomLift card for each rug that is suggested and also noted on the scaled Floor Plan that you will receive in your roomLift box.

How will I know where to purchase the items that are suggested?
Purchasing Information is listed on each roomLift card. You will also receive via email a list of all of the suggested products with direct links that you can click directly through to purchase. 

Does roomLift purchase the items in my roomLift box for me?
RoomLift is a design consultation service only and the fee you pay is for the design and sources. The customer is responsible for purchasing any furnishings they choose for their space. 

What happens if I don’t like something I purchased? 
It is your responsibility to follow up with the individual retailer from which you purchased the furnishing you wish to return and/or exchange. Each company has their own policies.

What happens if I get my box of designs and I don’t know which options to choose?
We are happy to offer one 15 minute design consultation phone call or email exchange about the designs you receive in your roomLift box. We typically include a note with our suggestions and/or tips as well. 

How do I know what size sofa to buy?
The recommended sofa size for your space will be noted on the roomLift card for each sofa that is suggested and also noted on the scaled Floor Plan that you will receive in your roomLift box.

Do you give ideas for bedding?
Absolutely! Bedding can be as tricky and overwhelming as Dining Room chair selection. We have some favorites and will be sure to include choices in your BedroomLift boxes!

Can you offer recommendations for painters in my area?
The best way to find a local painter or any tradesperson is through word of mouth - either through friends, the NextDoor App or Angie’s List and Yelp. 

What if I cannot be home to receive all of the furniture deliveries?
There is a service called —- that can receive all of your shipments and hold them until you are ready to receive one delivery of everything. Check them out!

Can I use the roomLift service to decorate my whole house?
Yes! You can absolutely use roomLift to decorate your entire home! We have a number of customers who have done this - just be sure to fill out a questionnaire for each space so we have all the information we need to work on your unique designs!

How do I receive the discounts at the retailers who give roomLift customers a discount?
We will provide you with the appropriate information to receive these discounts either on the roomLift card for the specific item or in the emailed Purchasing List of items. Also be sure to take advantage of any holidays as there are often sales at every store at this time.
